Alexander Biggs has over 20 years of mining industry and experience in operations, consulting and finance; with a focus on feasibility studies, budgeting, financial modelling, project evaluation and project management. He also has experience in capital raising, both equity and debt, as well as deal structuring and commercial knowledge.
Mr Biggs has been involved in underground and open pit hard rock mining in multiple commodities. He has managed exploration and development projects in Canada and Australia, and is familiar with both the Canadian & North American mining jurisdictions and capital markets.
Mr Biggs was the managing director of ASX-listed Critical Resources, an emerging lithium and base metals company; and 3 years as chief operating officer of a major USA and UK-based private equity fund which involved resource and project evaluation, project financing, identification and development of business opportunities, and investor relations.
