Alex Tharby

Alex Tharby joined Bennett + Co in 2013 in the commercial litigation and dispute resolution section. He has broad experience acting in high profile and high value corporate governance/directors’ duties disputes, oppression proceedings under the Corporations Act, and defamation proceedings.

Mr Tharby has acted in shareholder and partnership disputes, and in disputes involving trusts and estates. He has also acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in Western Australian and Federal first instance and appellate Courts, and has a sound knowledge of superior court practice and procedure.
