Alex Freeman

Alex Freeman advises and represents workers’ compensation and general insurers and large corporate self-insurers in personal injury liability litigation, work injury claims and property damage claims. He heads McCabe Curwood Perth’s workers’ compensation teams for multiple national insurers. Mr Freeman is also the supervising principal of the WA recoveries team, which handles hundreds of recovery claims each year for several insurers which invoice motor vehicle, domestic and commercial property claims and stock and equipment loss. Mr Freeman has worked exclusively in insurance litigation since 1990, and has a thorough understanding of the principles involved in the assessment of property damage claims and workers’ compensation entitlements and common law damages.
