The past year has marked a period of major change at many of WA’s gold producers in terms of personnel and pay.

Blackham Resources has achieved first production at its Matilda gold mine near Wiluna four months after receiving final approvals.

Gold miner Blackham Resources has confirmed a $35 million capital raising to fund ongoing work at its Matilda-Wiluna operation in the Mid West.

Blackham Resources has advised that as part of its management and board restructure, Alan Thom will resign as director and chief operating officer but continues in an executive role as Expansion Study Manager.

Alliance Mineral Assets has appointed Mark Turner as executive director of operations, and non-executive director Geoffrey McNamara becomes non-executive chair. Mr  Turner is a mining engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the resources sector.
