Alan Fisher has extensive experience in restoring and enhancing shareholder value.
He spent 24 years at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) where he headed and grew the corporate finance division in Melbourne. Following this tenure, Mr Fisher developed his own corporate advisory business and specialised in M&A, strategic advice, business restructurings and capital raisings.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
