Adrian Irdi is a Director at IRDI Legal. Adrian began working at IRDI Legal in December 2007 after graduating from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Corporate Finance. He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in December 2008. Adrian has acted for a range of individual and corporate clients on a variety of property and commercial matters. He is experienced in leasing and property development transactions, including syndication and joint venture arrangements, and has advised clients on and prepared documents for a wide variety of commercial transactions, including the sale and purchase of interests in companies, trusts and businesses, rent roll acquisitions and sales and loan and security documents.
