Adrian Hinton had a 43-year tenure with Deloitte's office in Adelaide, retiring in July 2018 as principal of audit and assurance group. He was responsible for managing the audit services to various Adelaide-based public and private companies.
Mr Hinton worked with a wide range of clients from different industries, listed entities, private corporations, major subsidiaries of multinational listed companies within the consumer, agriculture, retail, manufacturing, automotive, biopharmaceutical and resources sectors. He also has experience in preparing due diligence reviews, investigative accounting reports, and the review of profit forecasts.
Mr Hinton has been involved on the boards of The Multiple Sclerosis Society of South Australia & Northern Territory, Carers Association of SA, Australia PNG Alliance Group, and the audit and risk committee of the University of South Australia. He also volunteers his time in aiding community groups locally and internationally.
