He established and headed the Sustainability and Project advisory services of management consultancy StepBeyond. His expertise is in working with leaders and their teams to develop, road test and deliver the 3-5 year strategic plan in the context of a significantly broader 15-30+ year outlook. Mr Marr’s corporate, not-for-profit and public service understanding and experience includes futures thinking and strategic planning, materiality analysis and stakeholder engagement, social impact analysis, enterprise wide sustainability assessment and integration frameworks, business improvement, facilitation, benchmarking and reporting, business case development, and portfolio management and delivery.
