Struggling gold miner Apex Minerals has put its Youanmi gold project near Sandstone up for sale as it looks to free up cash and focus on optimising its Wiluna mine.
West Perth-based metals explorer Apex Minerals NL will complete a $35 million placement to help fund the $16.5 million cash component of an acquisition from Oxiana Ltd.
Western Australian gold producer Agincourt Resources Ltd has entered into an agreement with nickel producer Independence Group NL on the Wiluna Nickel Sulphides Project.
