Emerson acquires Whelans for $9m
Project engineering outfit Emerson Stewart Group expects to boost its annual revenue by $17 million after it today announced a $9 million merger with private WA company Whelans.
The former company Whelans, was a leader in the provision of innovative spatial solutions for clients requiring a smart, flexible approach across surveying, aerial mapping, laser scanning, town planning and other specialised services. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of OTOC Limited, which was acquired by Veris in 2016. The company rebranded and adopted the name Veris in November 2016.
