Westcoast Property Invest, launched in March 2024, is aimed at small to medium scale property investors eager to capitalise on Western Australia’s strong property growth amid Perth’s housing shortage.
Westcoast Property Invest will handle the identification and sourcing of house and land packages, finance, settlement, final building inspections, handovers, and the leasing & management of the property for its clients. It will also have access to an internal building consultant.
