The $30.6 million, seven-storey Lime Street development has won a major prize from the Urban Development Institute of Australia, taking home the President’s Award on Saturday night.

Home building companies Freelife Homes and Visionaire Homes, both divisions of Capital Works Constructions, have been placed into voluntarily administration, leaving more than 300 customers unsure whether their homes will be built.
