Tiing

Tiing was an app that provided businesses (real estate, cars, finance, retail…) with short alphanumeric codes (“tiings”) for their display advertising which consumers tapped into their phone and took them directly to a webpage.

Businesses could include a specific call to action prompting customers to buy their product, view a specific landing page, follow on social media, make an enquiry via SMS or email.

Tiing has since ceased operations.
