The Monk Craft Brewery & Kitchen

The Monk Brewery & Kitchen is a craft brewery located in the heart of Fremantle WA, on what is known as the 'cappucino strip'. Its brewhouse is located in the centre of the restaurant, and it has an 'open brew door' policy, meaning customers are welcome to pop their heads in and say 'hi' to Craig Eulenstein, the head brewer, as he uses hands on methods to make authentic, delicious craft beer. The restaurant sources local fresh produce and has a globally inspired menu, with options to suit all palates, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
