Style

The former company Style was incorporated in 1987 as Denstar Holdings Pty Ltd and subsequently listed on the ASX in 2004, with a focus on green flooring products. The company was recapitalised in 2013 after the failure of its initial business. In a series of transactions in 2015, the former ASX-listed flooring company Style purchased Nor-West Seafoods, for $20m, the food distribution service assets of Craig Mostyn Group for $7.8m and then raised $18 million from investors to recapitalise as agribusiness players Mareterram.
