Serpentine Technologies is a Perth-based ASX-listed company whose core asset is currently Design Campus, an online platform for members to subscribe to design courses, including courses accredited by both the interior Design Education Council and the Architects Institute of America.
The company plans to wind up the design campus business pending the completion of the acquisition of welding technology K-TIG. The K-TIG reverse takeover is the latest in a series of backdoor listings for this shell. North American software-as-a-service platform Kabuni (formerly Whole New Home) backdoor listed through Magnolia Resources in 2015.
In 2017, Kabuni sold its core business and became Serpentine Technologies, with its registered address returning to Perth.
