Promesa Limited engaged in the exploration of gold properties, and oil and gas resources.
It owned 100% interests in three mining licenses, Victoadal, Bacata, and Santa Rosita that are prospective for gold, silver, copper, and associated minerals situated on western Cordillera, Peru. The company also held interest in the Atocha project located in Louisiana, the United States.
Promesa ceased operating in 2016, following the acquisition of tech company Thredit in a reverse takeover deal.
