THE State Government is close to accepting a bid from Pac Asia Holdings to take over the development rights to the stalled Port Kennedy tourism resort project.
THE troubled Port Kennedy resort proposal has been taken to task by the WA Government which threatened to cancel the exclusive development rights over the land, south of Rockingham.
