Formerly known as the Western Australian Neuroscience Research Institute (WANRI), and before that as Australian Neuromuscular Research Institute, the Perron Institute is Western Australia’s oldest medical research institute.
The institute undertakes research on a broad spectrum of conditions including stroke, Parkinson’s, muscular dystrophy and multiple sclerosis.
