In 2020, NodeOne was a finalist in the Lateral INCITE Awards' Innovating Government category for its 20000km of fixed wireless network coverage for remote communities and agricultural business in Western Australia.
In May 2021, NodeOne completed a merger with NSW-based ISP Swoop, with the combined entity listing on the ASX through the reverse takeover of Stemify.
