Mareterram

Mareterram (formerly Style) was a food and agribusiness company created in December 2015. The company was formed from the combined acquisitions of Shark Bay commercial prawn fishing business Nor-West Seafoods and the food services division of Craig Mostyn Group. In a series of transactions in 2015, the former ASX-listed flooring company Style purchased Nor-West Seafoods, for $20m, the food distribution service assets of Craig Mostyn Group for $7.8m and then raised $18 million from investors to recapitalise and relist as agribusiness player Mareterram.

In April 2019 Sea Harvest completed the acquisition of Mareterram.
