Mair Property Funds

Mair Property Funds specialised in commercial property trusts and managed funds with 17 trusts under management. These unlisted trusts were open to retail and sophisticated investors and hold a range of commercial property assets across Australia.

Mair & Co was established in 1966. It was acquired by Momentum Wealth in 2015, and now operates under Westbridge Funds Management. Mair Property Funds was merged into Westbridge Funds Management in September 2021.
