The former company Magnolia Resources Limited was an Australian based exploration company that was established with the purpose of acquiring, exploring and developing mineral deposits in Australia and overseas. The company acquired PDF Technologies in the year 2015, (head company of Whole New Home) via a reverse takeover and have now relisted on the ASX as Whole New Home.
