The former IMC NEMMS JV was a 50:50 joint venture established in 2015 by Perth-based Iron Mine Services and members of the Bung family. Bruce Bung, Sue Bung and Frances Bung are senior Nyiyaparli traditional owners from the East Pilbara.
The original NEMMS JV was established in 2013, with Perth company Western Plant Hire.
IMC NEMMS JV was focused on civil and mining contracting in the Pilbara. The Barrooghumba WPH JV, established by NEMMS and WPH, is focused on plant hire. The IMC NEMMS JV will finish its operations by the close of 2021.
