Heathley is a Sydney-based company involved in the areas of funds management, property and banking. Through its subsidiary, Heathley Asset Management, it deals with the assessment of investment transactions; establishing investment trusts, property trusts and property syndicates; funding of property trusts and investments; and the development & management of investment properties.
In Western Australia, Heathley was involved in a fund-through refurbishment of an existing commercial building into a day hospital for one of Australia’s leading day hospital operators. It also partnered with Hall and Prior to collectively fund the redevelopment of the 49-bed Tuohy Nursing Home into a new ~120-bed residential aged care facility. In 2019, Heathley partnered with St John of God Health Care in the development of a comprehensive cancer centre at the existing St John of God Murdoch hospital.
St John of God Health Care is partnering with GenesisCare and national medical property development group Heathley to deliver a $17 million comprehensive cancer centre at Murdoch.
