In Western Australia, Glencore is one of the largest nickel and cobalt producers with the Murrin Murrin nickel project located between Leonora and Laverton in the north-eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. Murrin Murrin is operated by Minara Resources, wholly owned by Glencore.
Glencore owns 50% of grain marketer Viterra. In 2020, Glencore Agriculture rebranded to Viterra.
