Fortunis Resources Limited was incorporated on 20 March 2012 to identify and assess commercially attractive resource exploration projects with a view of investment or acquisition to progress to a successful ASX listing. On 10 October 2012, Fortunis entered into a farm-in and joint venture agreement to earn up to a 51% interest in Exploration Licence E57/838 in the East Murchison region of Western Australia. The Company will also review and evaluate additional project opportunities as and when they arise. Fortunis listed on the ASX on 18 December 2012. In March 2015, the Company entered into agreement to acquire 100% of Livelynk Group, operator of the Mpire Media online performance-based marketing business (Mpire). The reverse-takeover deal was completed on the 29 June 2015, and the company was re-listed on the ASX as Tech Mpire (ASX:TMP)
