El Caballo Lifestyle Village was a premier retirement living community providing quality built, affordable homes with resort style facilities in a secure community designed for over 50s retirement living. Completed in 2013, El Caballo Lifestyle Village consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom houses featuring recreational facilities such as a pool, spa, tennis courts, restaurant, community garden, and an adjacent golf course.
In April 2020, El Caballo Blanco Resort and Lifestyle Village was sold to Aboriginal Housing Foundation (AHF) and will be repurposed to become a social housing facility for indigenous Australians. AHF was established by South West Aboriginal Land and Sea Council as a co-trusteeship between Equity Trustees and Aboriginal Housing Recovery Centre Limited.
