Cooper & Oxley Builders

The Cooper & Oxley Builders entity was established in 1991 and became one of Western Australia’s largest commercial construction companies, delivering many high-profile projects.

The entity entered voluntary administration in February 2018 following non-payment from a single major client. In April 2018, the overwhelming majority of creditors supported a Deed of Company Arrangement. This saw Cooper & Oxley Builders become the only construction company in Western Australia to exit administration and resume trading, completing all projects except the development affected by the payment dispute.
