The Cooper & Oxley Builders entity was established in 1991 and became one of Western Australia’s largest commercial construction companies.
The entity entered voluntary administration in February 2018 following non-payment from a single major client. In April 2018, the overwhelming majority of creditors supported a Deed of Company Arrangement. It was later renamed Swanview Holdings Pty Ltd and deregistered on 10/10/24.
