Coolgardie Minerals (formerly Golden Eagle Mining) was an ASX-listed company. The primary focus was the Bullabulling Gold Project (BGP) in Western Australia, in which it holds 100% interest. The BGP is located 60km west of Kalgoorlie, in the Eastern Goldfields region of WA. The BGP landholding stands at over 475km2, with a further 106km2 under application. The company listed on the ASX through an initial public offer in August 2018.
In March 2019 the company entered administration, with receivers and managers later appointed. It was liquidated and delisted from the ASX in May 2020 following the failure to recapitalise the company.
