Coaxial Ventures

Coaxial Ventures is a private entity of Nicola Forrest and her children. Coaxial Private, Coaxial Management, and Coaxial Finance are three other related entities. All were solely held (at time of writing in 2024) by Nicola Forrest, but Coaxial Private and Coaxial Ventures both listed Nicola and her children as directors.

The Coaxial companies were established in 2023 as part of the separation of Nicola and Andrew Forrest's assets. At the time of that separation, Coaxial Ventures held 50 million FMG shares independently from Tattarang.
