Citation Resources Inc. engaged in the exploration of mineral properties. It had an option to acquire a 60% interest in the Eva Kitto nickel-copper property comprising 16 staked claims with 210 claim units and an area of 31 square kilometers located in the Eva and Kitto Townships in the Thunder Bay Mining Division, Ontario, Canada. The company was formerly known as Attwell Capital Inc. and changed its name to Citation Resources Inc. on March 25, 2011. The company went into voluntary administration in September 2016. In January 2018 it changed its name to Pearl Global, following a DOCA and recapitalisation involving the full acquisition of Pearl, a company in which it had previously acquired a 40% stake.
