CPD Group

CPD Group is a failed construction and building services company with origins that date back to 1979, when it traded as a small maintenance contracting business under the name of ‘Atwell Building Company’. The name was changed to CPD Group Pty Ltd in 2006, the acronym standing for Cook Point Developments with the intention of reflecting the diversity and growth of its operations. On May 11, 2016, the company was placed in the hands of external administrators from Ferrier Hodgson.
