Bonissimo Coffee Roasters

Bonissimo Coffee Roasters has grown over 50 years to become one of Western Australia’s major coffee roasters.

Established in the early 1970s, Bonissimo was originally associated with retail chain Cafissimo. That changed in 2017 when Blair Pedler bought the business.

The business operates from a modern roast-house and showroom in Osborne Park, offering a wide variety of coffees and services.

Bonissimo also owns Bunbury Coffee. In June 2021, it acquired the Antz coffee roasting business in Burswood.
