Former company, Aziana Limited has historically focused on exploration and development of gold and bauxite projects in Madagascar. In March 2015, it announced an agreement to acquire artificial intelligence business BrainChip through a backdoor listing transaction. This transaction was completed and the company is now trading under it's new company name Brainchip Holdings.
