Aveling Homes

Aveling Homes started as a partnership between Michael Aveling and Walter Zorzi, of Zorzi Builders. Before establishing Aveling Homes, Michael spent over 20 years building homes for thousands of first and second home buyers throughout Perth. Since the business' inception Aveling Homes has had two owners, each with a 50 per cent share in the business; Michael Aveling and Mercedes Developments, of which Walter Zorzi is managing director. In March 2018 Michael Aveling acquired Mercedes Developments' share and Walter Zorzi stepped down as director of Aveling Homes' board.
