Australand

The former company Australand was one of Australia's leading diversified property groups with activities across Australia covering the development of residential land, housing and apartments, commercial, retail and industrial properties, and property management. The company had operations in Sydney, Melbourne, South East Queensland and Perth and a sales office in Hong Kong servicing the Asian market. The Company was compulsorily acquired by Singapore-based Frasers Centrepoint in late 2014, and subsequently delisted from the ASX. The Company was renamed as Frasers Property Australia on 31 August 2015.
