Ramzi has over 15 years of experience in Managed IT services and consulting to small and mid-size businesses. He ran his boutique IT consultancy for 5 years before moving into an Account Management and Sales role at a Perth-based Managed Service provider. Before joining First Focus, Ramzi spent a year and a half helping build and develop a start-up IT business in WA.
In 2015, Ramzi joined First Focus as a Senior Account Manager and took on ownership of all First Focus WA accounts. Ramzi assisted in the development and growth of First Focus WA's operations and subsequently moved into the State Manager role for First Focus in WA.
Ramzi oversees end-to-end ICT Managed Services' delivery to over 40 WA-based customers, backed by an exceptional team of over 30 local staff who work collectively with our Australia, New Zealand and Philippines staff.
Ramzi has experience in Telecommunications and Data Networks, System Management, Service Delivery, IT Strategy and Strategic Consulting. Ramzi has a strong focus on helping people use technology to make a difference through aligning business requirements with technical needs.
Ramzi enjoys spending his spare him with his young family (2 under 2) and is an avid basketball follower.
