In 2024 Morgan Joined Topdrill, taking on the role of Marketing Manager where she leads the development and execution of marketing operations and events. Topdrill, established in Kalgoorlie WA in 2006, is a leading exploration services partner to the mining industry. As a privately owned Australian business, Topdrill prides itself on its continuous innovation and strong safety record. Providing a range of exploration drilling services, Topdrill has cultivated a strong reputation in the industry and continues to achieve outstanding results for their clients.

As Marketing Manager, Morgan brings more than 17 years’ experience specialising in B2C and B2B marketing. Her portfolio showcases a wide array of work across a range of media for clients including Alpine F1 team, Prada, Adidas, Gucci, and Essilor Luxotica.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Morgan is an advocate for community initiatives, a quality that she shares with the team at Topdrill. As recently as 2024, Topdrill has been named as a finalist in AIM WA Pinnacle awards for their corporate social impact excellence. Moving into 2025 and beyond, Topdrill plans to grow these initiatives furthering their commitment to supporting their community.
