Louise Tovey has a career spanning 29 years at BankWest. She is currently the leader of the Everyday Banking Tribe, part of Bankwest's new, agile way of working. Louise has a vast banking experience across Stores, Contact Centre, Project Management, Sales Operations, Head of Retail Operational Risk and Fraud, Head of Cash and Payments, Core Services and as Chief Operating Officer Retail and has had the opportunity to lead many high performing teams.
A motivator for Louise is leadership and development of her people and influencing the strategic direction of the business to ensure long term sustainable business performance.
