REGARDLESS of all the hype in the media about the Elizabeth Quay development on the Perth waterfront, there is a strong likelihood the project will stall before it gets started. 

Our continual desire to build super-size houses will lead to Perth becoming an unliveable city in just a few generations.

We need to regard our city as a human ecological system whose health is measured in terms of behaviour and social outcomes.
