Judd Dyer

Judd Dyer is a Director at Hesperia, leading project delivery and new business. Across his expansive career, Judd has led a range of complex commercial negotiations and transactions, property and business acquisitions, and overseen the delivery of a number of award-winning residential, commercial, industrial and built form projects. 

Judd holds a Masters of Applied Finance alongside a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Town Planning. Judd is a board member of SwanCare Group, one of WA’s leading retirement and aged care services providers, where he chairs the Group’s Finance and Risk Committee. He also sits on the Industrial and Infrastructure Committee for the Property Council of Australia’s WA division.
