Jessica Broadley

Jessica Broadley is the Food & Beverage Manager – WA for AMP Capital, responsible for delivery of the food & beverage leasing strategy across AMP Capital’s shopping centre assets in WA, including the $800M development of Karrinyup Shopping Centre. Jessica has over 14 years’ experience in the retail industry.

Previously, Jessica was a Director at specialist retail agency Metier. During this time Jessica delivered some of the most prominent food-centric projects across Perth, including the revitalisation of Northbridge, Yagan Square, Elizabeth Quay and the Scarborough foreshore.

These developments helped shape Perth’s thriving local hospitality scene and introduced of a variety of new national and international concepts to WA. As a result, Jessica has acted as a specialist consultant to organisations such as Mirvac, Charter Hall, BHPB and the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority.
