Brad Gill is highly regarded in the school community as a people-centric leader, mentor and innovator. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Edith Cowan University, a Bachelor of Education from Curtin University and a Master of Education (Leadership) from Edith Cowan University.
Within the education sector, he is a member of the Aspirant Leaders Programme facilitated by the Association of Heads of Independent Schools Australia, the Australian College of Educational Leaders and Independent Primary Principals' Association. His educational employment history includes classroom teaching, boarding, curriculum coordination and sports coordination at Guildford Grammar School, Head of Mathematics at K. International School (Tokyo), Head of Middle School at Greenfield International School (Dubai), Director of Lower School at Hawken School (USA) and Head of Primary School at St Mark’s Anglican Community School (WA). Brad Gill joined Scotch College as the Head of Middle School in 2021.
