Richard Matthews has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and funds management. He has been involved in funds management administration, establishing and administering listed/traded and unlisted investment schemes, managing equity capital market issues and/or equity swaps, and other corporate structured products.
Mr Matthews became the chief operating officer, head of risk & compliance, and company secretary of PM Capital in March 2014. Prior to that, he spent 11 years as a founding director, company secretary and chief operating officer of Aurora Funds Management; and a senior manager of equity capital markets at Challenger Financial Services.
He holds a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Economics, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (Corporate Finance), and a Masters of Professional Accounting.
