Iris Residential (formerly TRG Properties) is a private apartment developer with a track record in property development in Perth and Melbourne.
Founded as TRG Properties, the company changed its name in 2018 to Iris Residential – reflecting its focus on the delivery of premium apartments and residences in Perth’s most desirable locations.
Based in Western Australia, it is part of Tribis (formerly Transcontinental Group or TRG) group of companies which was founded in 1981.
