Act puts leasing back 25 years
RETAIL leasing has been set back 25 years by the new Retail Shops Act, says Kott Gunning senior associate George Johnston.
Joe Lenzo has been the executive director of the Property Council of Australia (WA Division) since 1998. He was previously the director of industry, trade and commerce at the WA Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 1988 to 1998. During this period, Mr Lenzo was a member of several State and National Government Advisory Groups. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of WA.
